The Claflin University International Alumni Association will award ten (10) fifteen-hundred dollars ($1,500) scholarships each year, with the possibility of renewal annually, to eligible students who plan to matriculate at Claflin University during the next school year and/or to students who are presently enrolled at Claflin University. As a first-generation college student, I have always been aware of the financial challenges that come with pursuing higher education. Learn more about the CUIAA Scholarship
The scholarship is available to incoming freshmen, current Claflin University students and students transferring from community colleges and other four-year institutions of higher education who meet the eligibility requirements. Students currently receiving full scholarship awards from Claflin University are ineligible for scholarship awards from the CUIAA. If you have any questions, please refer to the CUIAA Scholarship Application to reach the Scholarship Committee Chairperson.
