Executive Committee’s Functions

The Claflin University International Alumni Association executive committee is a group of high-level executives or officials who are responsible for making important decisions and overseeing the operations of an organization.

The main function of an executive committee is to provide strategic direction and leadership for the organization. They are responsible for setting goals and objectives, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring that the organization is operating in an efficient and effective manner.

In addition to setting the overall direction for the organization, the executive committee also has a number of other responsibilities. They are responsible for monitoring the financial performance of the organization, reviewing and approving major investments and expenditures, and ensuring that the organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

The executive committee serves as the top decision-making body for the organization, and plays a critical role in ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of the organization.
